How To Cancel A Service Number
WARNING: If you cancel this service number we will immediately remove it from our network which means you may not be able to reactivate the service number. Please visit out ancillary fee’s and charges for any applicable fee’s if reactivation is possible. If a service is cancelled, you will lose ownership of the number unless you have purchased the service number from ACMA.
Step 1: login in to your Customer Account at: teleca.com.au/portal/ or login with your email address at: teleca.com.au/portal/#/forgot-password
Step 2: click Service Number Management tab.
Step 3: select the service to be cancelled.
Step 4: click on the red request cancellation button.
Step 5: follow the instructions.
Step 6: we will then email you confirmation of your service number cancellation request.
How We Handle Cancelled Service Numbers
Except for SmartNumbers, 13, 1300, 1800 and virtual local numbers are returned to the public pool for repricing and recycling.
13, 1300, 1800 SmartNumbers are disconnected from our network and placed into “not connected” status.
