Subscription Billing, Invoicing and Payments
Our subscription plans are placed on Direct Debit by default, however you can have your account Paid in Advance if you do not wish to use Direct Debit. With our paid in advance plans you just need to ensure your Top Up Business Account is always in credit. If your account falls to zero or runs into overdraft (debt), we will then auto-suspend each and every one of your services. So, if you wish to cancel your account, please visit Cancellations.
Out Of Credit and Cancellations
Please Note: running your account out of credit and into arrears causing suspension of your service(s) will not auto-cancel your account. Until such time as you formally request us to cancel each and every service on your account, we will continue to charge you our normal monthly Subscription fees. So, to cancel each of your services please visit Cancellations.
Download Your Invoices 24/7
You can access your account, view and download you current Electronic Bill (Invoice), printout past Bills and view unbilled calls for the current month. We do not issue, post or handle paper Bills in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Invoices are prepared at least once a month on your billing anniversary date. Each Invoice is created in Acrobat Reader PDF format and uploaded to our online account platform. Please note: the presentation of an Electronic Invoice may be adversely affected by email spam filters, equipment or conditions beyond our control.
Accessing Our Online Accounts Portal
To access your invoices, you will need your Customer ID and login password. To login go to Login. You can also login with a one-time login link sent to your email address at: Email Login
Invoice Delivered by Email
Current legislation does not require us to deliver invoices by email but rather by way of an online 24/7 portal access.
However, we will continue to deliver your invoice by email provided your email box accepts delivery of our emailed invoice. If we receive an “undeliverable” or “bounce” email response from your email box (address), we will no longer deliver you an invoice by email. Please ensure you have supplied us with your most current primary email address and backup email address.
